Leg ext & Leg Curl(superset) 4x12 Not to failure.
Squat 2 warm up
Squat 4x6-7 All Failure
Hack Squat 4x7-8 All failure
Leg press 4x20 All failure

Today he didnt do legs with me and he hit chest.

He dont move that much weight. Actualy very right.
Incline bench and flat bench around 130kg and 8-10 reps to the failure.
He do it with giant sets with dumbell press and fly,
You guys will laugh at him for sure.
But his concentration on the target muscle is superb.
That is BBing.

I know how to do it of course.
Train with huge monster change you mentaly and he charge almost nothing for ifbb pro.

Bottom tier? For me Melvin or Dexter are Bottom tier.
They are good on stage. But they are not muscular like the mass monsters like him.
I am interested in having good size muscle.So Training with the mass monster is a huge influence.
But Watching bbing competition is totaly different thing.
