I took a girl out that I met at a club the previous weekend and didn't bring my A game to the date. I gave her a txt and a call the next day and got nothing back

Admittadly she was going back home for the weekend, but should I assume that it is now a lost cause or should I do something to salvage the situation?

I met her last weekend, but took her out Thursday night... It's Saturday morning where I am now..

I hear ya... Its so easy with the girls that I just want to bone and nothing else, but when a girl comes along that I like it all goes out the window...

I guess the smart thing is to move on... just sux, I've gone out with about 15 girls this year and this one was the first I actually liked. A good lesson learned I guess.

well as you get older you learn how to manage emotions, just take it date by date, dont project things in your mind, cause when it dont happen it hurts..dont dwell on it either, you can think all you like and it will amount to nothing..as CQ said try calling her, if she answers say hi, and all that, but dont ask her out, if she dont answer then leave it..

the best thing to do is take it easy, hey im a guy too, sometimes were to excited that we are with a hot girl and say some silly shit, the trick is dont talk to much, if shes out with you she is attracted to you, just relax, let it flow, if you force things it just looks like your desperate...and yes all guys are desperate but dont be like them, dont talk bout urself to much..and be nice to your dates, it may not work out but if your a prick she can blacklist you from her friends...i should write a book

I'd wait til after the weekend. Maybe she's in an area where she's not getting your text (you said she was going home or traveling). If you text her again after the long weekend and she doesn't reply or call...forget about her. She may be hot, but she is also being rude and you don't need that.

lol, maybe I should have read the whole thread. I didn't realize he hadn't tried calling her yet.

NZ...definitely try calling. If she doesn't answer, leave a message stating you had fun and would like to see her again, you understand she's traveling, bla bla bla...and to give you a call back when she returns. If she doesn't call you back...move on to the next hottie.

OK so the plan is ill wait it out for a couple days and then get on the phone to her...
Best case scenario is that she went back home and forgot her cell phone

Worst case... shes not keen

he tried calling and texting, no reply on each..you got to move on, his just infatuated by her, the more she doesnt call or reply he will keep falling deeper, pull out now, move in to the next girl..i go on many dates, sometimes i adore the girl, sometimes i dont, the ones i adore i call them a few days later thanking them for a good time, thats if they havent called me to thank me first, which is most cases your in like flynn.

you got to flip the script, if a girl called me and i cant stand her i dont answer, if she msgs, im polite enough to reply to her, but show no interest in my reply..

Guys should follow interest indicators, girls use body language alot, i can read it easily, i seriously only go out with girls that show interest.

If she's 20, she might be playing games or have her head up her ass.

if she's 40, she isn't interested.

If she's 30, well, you figure that out.
