Simple, I show them a picture of this guy and ask "You really don't want to look this.......do you?"

 ;D

BTW, for what it's worth, I don't think this pic is "no one".

It's not an incline press. If it were an incline, I would be looking up at the celing and you wouldn't see the back of the bench.

You are using a lot of chest though, you must at least agree with that right? The bench is not at 90 degree angle.

With as much curve as you have in your back and as puffed up as your chest is, how much shoulder do youthink you're working there? Seriously, you post pics of your form like that, then expect us to believe you train others? Do all your trainees do shoulder presses inclines at that high of an angle?

Ha ha - nice comeback
someone caught that. :D

On this particular day, it was 125 X 8-10!

Pretty decent dumbbell incline bench press there, short stuff.

You do NOT look like a "fatass" at 240!  I think you look great.

lookin lean and big bro!

Thank you both.

Same, fortunately its comparatively light weight for a male so getting them passed to me is no issue.

I have it easier than you guys  :D

I thought all this time I was one of the few people who had problem getting the weights to their shoulders.  Most of the guys I see in the gym kick their weights up relatively easy and the struggle to press them.  The owner of the old gym I trained at just did almost a cheat hammer curl and would swing 130s right up, then sit down on the bench.  At the current gym I train at there are two guys that do between 110-120s and the seem to kick them up pretty easily.

well it sure as hell isnt a db shoulder press either. more like some hybrid.  reduce the poundages and do it right. liberate your ego.

best i got upto would be a hard 4 or 5 reps with 110,,,, we found the best way to do them was to clean them to shoulders as u drop back into the seat, then get training partner to push your elbows up for the 1st rep... my shoulders are fucked for good,,, u can keep almost all your size from strict light laterals and bentovers, youd be supprised

No, not really. That particular bench is up as high as it can go. And, yes, I did arch a little towards the 8th, 9th and 10th but not to the point where butt came up, it was still a strict set.

Or at least for a very long time, other than that, you are correct.

BRUTAL INCLINE PRESS...you must have some big chest there..

If you would have bothered to look at the bench (incline) on the right side of the pic, you can see the difference. (I can't believe I have to explain this ::))
