I may pass for September... with the wedding couple of weeks after might be too much at once.

December might be more realistic. All bulked up on the wedding pics. She'll love it.
You gotta get a crazy pic like in your AV while you're wearing a tux.

Anything that gets your shoulders a pump...does not cause impingement syndrome, or, worse....rotator cuff problems.

Believe me...you'd rather have a knee replacement than a severe shoulder problem!

I agree. I popped my shoulder couple of months back and now it sucks to the core.. You can't do much with a bad shoulder!!

The only thing you've ever done "sixteen" times is put another man's penis in your mouth and make it cum 16 times in one hour.

You could teach my wife a thing or two, you f'n fagg%t ;D

damn, if i could do that, then i would be getting pm's by the hundreds on this site from straight guys wanting to meet up.....Is cumming sixteen times in an hour even possible?

My last shoulder workout I did was on Thursday and  I did 110s for 6 reps followed by 100s for 10. Then dropping to 85's and just repping out - didn't count how many reps.

Yep - it's 8:30am in the UK here and it's also my birthday today - I've got a stinking cold and I'm waiting for my missus to get out of bed to give me my present. I'll get some new pics up in the next few days.

Haven't done presses in a while and rarely see anyone doing it anymore where I train (a dellusionotary TapOuters LA Fitness stronghole)

4th set was with the 105s for 8 reps. Is that good?

I would say yes.  I can't see anyone saying the 100s or more for reps is not heavy.

Same here - I don't clean them to shoulder level - that's a precious waste of energy.

Haha yes , trying to find someone to hand them to you is another story when most of the time the actual bells weigh more than the twink in the wifebeater who offers to spot you  :-\

The kicking or swinging up of the dumbells has always been my biggest problem.  In the past my dumbell presses were limited mostly by how much I could get to my shoulders.  My best unassisted is 130s for 5-6.  I did 140s for 4 one time having my buddies pass me the weights. Now I usually do somewhere between 110s and 120s.  This pic, if I remember correctly is from 2003 with 120s:

I was a big 300 pound fatass.  Now I'm a medium sized 240 pound fatass.
