I was a big 300 pound fatass.  Now I'm a medium sized 240 pound fatass.

Haven't done presses in a while and rarely see anyone doing it anymore where I train (a dellusionotary TapOuters LA Fitness stronghole)

4th set was with the 105s for 8 reps. Is that good?

Another herculean feat of strength for Getbigs greatest. Nice work Alex.

Yep - it's 8:30am in the UK here and it's also my birthday today - I've got a stinking cold and I'm waiting for my missus to get out of bed to give me my present. I'll get some new pics up in the next few days.
where in the uk are you?

@alex dumbells 105 thats good...
thats my final set ..
i go all the way down and touch the delts ..and straight up
also i believe in swinging my own dumbells up because a lot of people dont now how to pass dumbells and mess up your set
choice is an illusion

When I was fat like him, I could do behind neck full-range of 100kg 6 reps.
And I am natural too and i am not strong trainee at all. :-\

I've done 105's for 6, only time I tried it was with these really old solid weights, they're not as long as the plate loaded kind so they're not as awkward to get up.  I'd try to go heavier but I don't think I can kick those up into position.

i never see the average gym rat use more than the 70's for reps

only serious and experienced lifters use anything more

You do NOT look like a "fatass" at 240!  I think you look great.

The kicking or swinging up of the dumbells has always been my biggest problem.  In the past my dumbell presses were limited mostly by how much I could get to my shoulders.

Same, fortunately its comparatively light weight for a male so getting them passed to me is no issue.

I have it easier than you guys  :D
