I don't know especially since not seeing you IRL and not knowing about your "program". I did guess that if peeled you'd be in the light heavy but who knows until you do it.

They're still 19 cold... not sure how or if the disproportion will get worse once dieted but I'm aware of it

Why does Alex need to get on stage to validate himself? Why not just say "looking good" or if you want to be honest say something like "I wish I had your mass you big stud!" Why does he have to prance around on stage anyway? You do realize he makes more money than all but a handful of IFBB pros right? And this is his hobby, so why bust his balls and take away from his accomplishments by telling him that he needs to get on stage to prove shit to old fairies?
