so 16 inches flexed.. .. and 35cm is 13.8 inches ...   nope your thinking like me ...i thought my arm would be much bigger cold and unflexed too.   i am thinking at 16 inches flexed your probably about 11 inches unflexed and cold.  depending on your body fat of course.

Depends.  It's all relative to your body type, and in a lot of respects it's about illusion.  Some people (like myself and Alex23) have shoulders and torsos disproportionately bigger than our arms, meaning that even a 20"+ arms looks "smaller" on that kind of frame than it would on somebody who has a bird chest.

not that i wanna go against you but i just measured (im in bed), cold, unflexed, not even a wank today, and its 36 cm (14,17 inches)

idk never measure my arms actually. this guy was teaching me to take measurements and he did my arm cold and unflexed...only reason i know that one...

i havent measured my bf for a long time but i can see my upper abs lol. right now im weighting 87kg (191lbs).

Try it both ways, cold unflexed and flexed. You should change it up often so as not to get stale in your measurement technique.
