for you all behind on your prep,,, just do as much cardio as u need to do to get the fat off u, even if it means several sessions per day,,, the drugs and burners just help, they wont do it for u,,, the real secret is not to get too fat in the 1st place, start your diet already seein your abbs... the only thing that made the biggest change in my appearence from a qualifier to a final ( 6 weeks inbetween ) , is the use of a stair master, soft legs one show, grainy legs the next
