Here's some updated pics.... one week later...I've dropped 5 lbs on scale and have tightened up slightly. I've dropped my carbs by half and added 30 min. cardio daily..will monitor the situation... flame away my ripped friends ;D

I hate to say this to everyone, but if he sticks to the diet he might surprise some of you. From last week not much change in your midsection but a little bit more detail in your back. Man fire yourself up and keep dieting there is nothing better then showing up a few gebiggers ;D
