Titus is already mid-40's. I don't think the parole board will let a murderer with a prior record out in less than 15-20 years minimum. He'll be an old man when he gets out with zero prospects. He's done.
The MOST he will do is 20 years. That is th most, because of the good behavior rule in state prison sentencing. |

Kelly Ryan's attorney can argue probation all day long-it is not going to happen. This is a very serious felony- she will not get probation. I am really sort of shocked she got such a good deal under the circumstances. And believe me, she got a good deal. My guess is 10-15 years in prison-out in half on good behavour. We will know for sure when her plea deal goes public. |
