Gayer than also skimming through a January 1990 Flex magazine.  The Ironman magazine was much better IMO.

gayer than I know people who think just because they take "nitro-tech HARDCORE   ::) ::) ::)" they are gonna get like jay or because they take "hydroxycut" they're gonna be shredded like dexter jackson........you're right on the second part however because people just don't know how to build muscles, they come to the gym for their new year's resolution and after 2 weeks expect to get huge......don't.....and quit  ::)
