ITS PERFORMANCE REVIEW TIME

As part of my duties as C.EO. of the gayer than thread, I have analyzed everyone's performance over the last week and here are the results for each individuals number of posts in this thread:

My Observations:

- Special mention must go to Mydavid. Over 85% of her entire posts for the last week have been in this thread

- Well done to MemberX for setting the standard that all TGT members should look to follow. (do not follow his level of ugliness please)

- CQ justifies her demotion to janitor with the least posts.

- I would like to see everyone try and push themselves to at least 40 posts for the next week. It is achievable if you put your mind to it.

Gayer than reminding NZMM that no matter how much AXA posts, he will never make it past a base admin position. The team needs mutual cooperation to work harmoniously together. He is helping us get there, but its a case of quantity over with quality with AXA posts.

Laura Lee is doing a great job in HR. Evandatp is really expanding our operation as Managing Director of Offshore Development. CQ is doing a good job keeping our floors clean and tidying the lunch room. Things are really looking positive going forward.

Gayer than having a special project lined up for you when you are back on full time duties. If you perform to the level that I think you can  Then that could result in you being promoted to Director of Creative Development, with your own office and harbour views.

Gayer than not being able to tell you too much, due to privacy issues, but you would certainly be very senior. Some could even say a right hand man to myself  But bear in mind.... positions are irrevelant at this point in time as we are still working towards a goal and we need to be ruthless to the competition until we achieve our goal.

On more than one occassion had to be escorted from the building because she was intoxicated. So after having several people want me to be C.E.O I was inducted to the head of the company.

Gayer than being nice enough not to fire CQ and I gave her a janitor position.
