Gayer than my take on cheat days is dont schedule it, you need the mental break from dieting. scheduling it doesnt really give you a brak mentally just eat whatever you want without going overboard. worked for me
gayer than it's too expensive. hard to beat 1.49 a lb chicken breast and i need to lose some waist fat anyway.

gayer than the mental part doesn't really get to me. I live on a schedule so it's not that hard. I schedule my cheat meals because steve michalik's Atomic Fitness says that if the cheat meal is at the same time once every week then the body doesn't recognize it as food and won't recruit the enzymes to digest it so the food will just pass through the body without being stored as fat.gayer than i think that's the longest gayer than i've ever typed in this thread.
