gayer than wondering what a Mr Magoo leg workout looks like
gayer than it is very pussy like but ill type it out anyway
this is what i did today
warm up on bike for 5 minutes
couple of 50 rep sets of leg extensions to warm up the knees
lying leg curls- work up to heaviest set and then a triple drop set
leg press- start with 2 plates a side and add a plate to each side each set (20 rep sets, no pauses) then do a triple drop set
hack squats-4 sets of 10 with a triple drop set
barbell squats- 5 sets of 10
seated calf raises- 3 sets of 20
standing calf raises- 3 sets of 20
