gayer than im weak as hell in legs, and i still think my knee is messed up but it could just be muscular imbalance

gayer than how did you mes up your knee?

gayer than it wasn't a single incident, so i don't really think its injured. It just looks different than the other one and feels heavy sometimes. It use to pop a lot (no pain) but it doesnt much anymore, i think it's just muscular imbalance because i have okay quad sweep but NO tear drop muscle at all.

gayer than single leg lunges may help on that knee very slow and under control

gayer than do you think the heaviness of the knee and the different looks might be due to muscle imbalance since it hurts less now than it did when the imbalance was greater

gayer than probably a fluid build up in the knee and some cartilage damage, probably not muscle damage. I have bad knees as well from basketball and powerlifting. Slow squats are the best no bouncing.  And to rehab the slow light lunges for the one leg or very light one leg extentions high reps on either. You are just trying to push blood into the area which helps with injury.
