gayer than magoo needs to bring his legs up like crazy. I went for about a year and a half of just training upper body without training legs, so i've had to train legs hard to get them to grow. Gotta bring up my hamstrings and the tear drop muscle and they'll look okay

gayer than i keep measurements of my legs, they've grown an inch in about 3 months or so. They don't look that big, i just have okay quad sweep and no tear drop muscle. I wish my squat numbers were higher though.
