gayer than i did much less sets today, and my knee didn't hurt at all. I did squats, leg press, bodyweight lunges (kai greene style

), leg curls, butt blaster. Took about an hour exactly. Maybe my knee will look and feel normal before too long. Now my ankle is popping a lot and it feels like it's been popped a lot too, anything i should worry about?
