gayer than now i'm about 217-218, i thought that's how much i said i weighed in the earlier posts

gayer than i also havn't trained legs in 2, going on 3 weeks because my right knee looks weird.

gayer than they was 28 or 29 inches, not 30. I said it was my goal to have 30 inch legs
