pre-workout- 2 scoops protein in 16 oz 1% milk
breakfast- 6 eggs, 1 apple
2nd meal- turkey breast, carrots, green beans, spinach
3rd meal- chuck steak, black eyed peas, spinach
4th meal- prime rib, broccoli, spinach
5th meal (coming up)- chuck steak, black eyed peas, spinach
