gayer than I'm getting hooked on these payement sluts who look like 10+... I payed my second slut of my life yesterday during day time :P

I mean this really throws alot of stress away... women don't really want me after the first impression unless they are 30 or have some sort of "phase" in their life, ... I don't have a high place in society so women don't care about the man itself, they just want a socially powerfull guy, so it is what it is :P.. for me it's easyer just to use pay girls and strippers. Expensive, but, motivates to do extra hours at work. And surely it's better than putting 400 euros in the weekend :/

gayer than well, my self I started doing chest/biceps and it rly worked great...

maby I should start doing back/biceps because I rly need to bring my triceps more, they prety much make the arm itself, so.. Over head dumbel presses are very good for triceps... one day I only did them for 4 sets after chest/biceps and they were sore for 2 days days.. I've been stuck with the french presses for too long.

Everyone tells me I should train triceps/chest/shoulders in one day... legs in one day and back/biceps in one day... this way I won't train the same muscle group too much.

I guess i have to try it.

I do bi's and chest myself, usually I do barbell curls  3*8 or 5*5 and then do dumbell curls 3*8 and leave it at that, on tri's I do cable pushdowns, skullcrushers, and overhead triceps extension with a rope on a machine.

What are some good bi/tri exercises I can add?

gayer than I love scott bench for biceps, lean all the way down when you do it, your arm pits should touch the top of the scott bench. Awesome for biceps... then also seated curls with a slight incline is a killer.

Overhead dumbel presses for triceps with one hand is awesome in my oppinion

that's prety much it...
