try not to catch a flu!!!!!111111oneone Today was my 4th training in god damn 3 weeks... the flu was over in one week but I decided that i rather rest 2 more weeks so i wonŽ't get after deciase.

Now I try to keep my tail up and and focuse on training... haven't got too much weaker, but still a little bit... next weekend is miller time  8)

Just avoid any "cheat meals" or "cheat days", cheat days are bullshit... it's only a mental thing to have them, just keep on doing long chaned carbs and low/medium dosages.
