gayer than so damn lazy... i had my first training week last week in 3 weeks... and today I skipped my first "hard chest/biceps" day so I will look "mediocre" at best  this weekend :/

and my water retention has grown vastly through this weekend because I have eaten like 2kg of chocolate and been drinking nothing but lemonade :(.... i hate when my body has no glykogen in it, i look so flat and stupid and now im depressed... i hate people and i hate everything humanity represents... especially girls, fucking cocksuckers! they should see me only at my 100% physical shape... now i suck.
