Its called xyrem here in Canada, and I said to my Dr, no other sleep medicine works.


I took about 2 grams upon rising, 2 more before my weight training/cardio, and the last dose about 20 mins before sleep.

I would think that using it through the day would make you feel half no loaded, Doesn't it impair cognition?  I know some people who prefer it to drinking saying that it has a similar effect without the hangover

I never experienced any of those effect, nor do I know anyone who ever has.

I guess it depends on your dose and your tolerance. I felt it complemented whatever it was I wanted to do, be it sleep or workout ect.

isnt each batch of X different. As in in doesnt matter what the stamp is, the ingrediants could be entirely different than the last batch?
