I always go on the treadmill or stationary bike for 20-30 minutes after my 60 minute weight routine. All this is done on an empty stomach. Should I seperate my weights and Cardio routine?

I haven't directly asked Nasser, but I would assume he would recommend splitting them up since from the sound of it you're training for 90 minutes on an empty stomach, which is after 6-8 hours of sleep and an hour or so to get ready and to the gym in the morning - don't you think that's quite a bit of consecutive hours with no protein or calories?  You might also find you have more energy training with weights after you have eaten.

95, 96, 97 and 98.

I know his back detail lacked against the other top competitors those years but I think he more than made up for that in all bodyparts and angles and with his overall size.
Size does not make you a Mr O..if so Kovacs and Ruhl would be dominating.

Why doesnt Nasser tell us what he does to get in shape for competition?

The above advice is found in all the fittness magazines so isnt rocket science..

No , I want to hear/see his real routine..drugs like gh , the large amounts of diuretics, stimulents, clen and other various drugs..plus his AAS cycle leading into a Mr O.

Obviously not size alone, otherwise you can get a 500 lb obese slob and claim he's big - I meant his overall size while keeping the waist in and being very well conditioned and aesthetic.  I also believe Ruhl deserved to be placed a bit better than he did - I could never understand why they placed him below someone like Darrem Charles.

Honestly he was getting towards that in his bb.com interviews but stopped short after noticing that his contributions were not being appreciated much on the boards.

I guess so? But I've been doing it like this for half of my life. I always go to bed stuffed. Every night. Wake up with loads of energy.

I dont think Marcus has the flow and asthetics of Darrem , he is pure freak and size when compared to others.

Can you blame alot of the response?? He came across as a bitter crybaby , of course he would get flamed for it..

He was a great bodybuilder in his day but really needs to get over it and move on..there can only be one winner on the day and unfortunatly for Nasser it was not him..live with it ...all he does is make himself look like a cry baby going on about somthing that happened 12-15 years ago..thats not the traits of a real champion in my eyes.

actually Bigbobs, i think Nasser's back had the detail. it DEFINITELY had the width and thickness.
i think what may have caused the appearance as "less detail" was actually a bit of holding water/thicker skin/not being as dry in the upper back.

for some this is a genetic predisposition and no matter how low their body fat , there is one area that doesnt get as well seperated/defined. for eg lee priest never had ripped glutes/hamstrings

as we all know Nasser never came in less than 100% shredded condition and was one of the best conditioned/ripped BB's. and to do that as Nasser did on a consistent basis @ his MASS MONSTER SIZE is truly phenomenal.
also, as you astutely pointed out, Nasser's total package and combination of SIZE, SHAPE, SYMMETRY, CONDITION, AESTHETICS, should have definitely won 1995, 1996 AND 1997.

MANY PPL forget that Nasser , in his prime years 1995-1999 is/was the only Mass monster to have a tiny waist and no gut distention and classic V taper/aesthetics

oh wow , what a fucking post. this is EXACTLY the truth. people need to read this and understand why people still love Nasser; nobody has EVER managed to display a physique that had Nasser's unique blend of SIZE, SYMMETRY, AESTHETICS .not one. in terms of all the judging criteria HE HAS THE LOT IN THE BEST COMBINATION. Also, people talk of his back but in his peak years his back was excellent. it was not weak at all. there are photograph from  this period where his back matches Yates' in all but a bit of lower back.

now, regarding the accusations of being bitter. i would not say Nasser is bitter as he loves life too much but would will grant et al not be bitter if you consistently had the best physique for an extended period of time and you consistently had a convicted thug with an inferior physique  steal your title and the increased revenue it brings??

The Swami bringing in teh truth as usual!

I remember in part 4 one of the guys at an Expo was telling Nasser about how he had written a letter to him while he was serving time and Nasser kindly mailed him a free autographed 8 x 10 to him in jail and how it was very inspirational to him and touching that Nasser would go out of his way to treat an inmate with so much kindness.  There were many others at the expo who had similar stories of how they wrote to Nasser and he would mail them a free 8 x 10 and letter (Nasesr did the same for me in 96 too).  Others at the expo would talk about how Nasser remembers their name whenever they see him at expos or events even years apart.

Of course it is not nice to lose..but he never lost to an inferior physique..this is only the opinion of Nasser and his fans..the ones that matter are the judges and they chose there winner and not just once might I add.

Kevin and Flex both said Dorian was untouchable , to see him in the flesh was somthing totaly different to seeing pics..

Dorian does not photo well ,but in the flesh he is from another planet , this is from guys that were there..

Now if kevin and Flex can say that why wont Nasser say it? And my personal oppinion .Nasser was never better than Flex or Kevin , ever.I would even put those two in front of Dorian , but again thats my opinion and not what the judges thought..

Flex personally told Nasser that he felt he deserved the 97 O.  I'm sure they said Dorian was untouchable in his earlier years, but I doubt any pro would say that of 97, or even 96.

Now if kevin and Flex can say that why wont Nasser say it?

Nasser has never bashed Dorian or said he did not deserve any Mr. O's, just that his later titles, especially 97, were not deserved.  Many others in the industry agree with this too.

of course not- you guys are handling the dorian bashing for him. You've made several racist remarks about him in the past - a tradition that is now handled by that gimmick sharma

I guess he voted for before he voted against  :D
So Flex told nasser he should have won. The same Flex that nasser later referred to as Kenny the Zebra?

95, 96, 97 and 98.

Bober feels that Nasser should have beaten coleman in 98 :-\

It seems like Nasser was really taking the time to mail out schmoe pictures and soiled thongs to men in prison....

Yes, Huge Nasser's book is still in progress.  He was working on it harder last year and was aiming to release it sooner, but has since started to relax a bit more and is not in as big a hurry to release it, however as I understand it is still in progress to be released.  There's tons of draft material, to which he is still adding, deleting some and modifying.  I believe it will have drug info too.
