im 215 and all lower body at the moment
my legs look sick, i have cuts everywhere and they are pumped
ill drop as low as 200 then fill out a bit in the upper body
the reason for all the leg training is to lose fat
because my elbows cant handle much more than 300 pushups a day but i can run and play b-ball all day and mow grass and dig alot of dirt with my shovel for good lower back rigor and abs
my abs are gonna look sick, i have built my abs, i just still have fat covering some nice cuts
