17.5 at 6'3" 265 LOL i dont care if its true or not but at that body weight and height you should have at least 19 inch arms.

I agree.  This is why I train arms separately from back now to bring them up.  They used to be even smaller.  My arms are very long and seem to respond better to less volume/heavier weights than I used to train with and now I am seeing better results.  I should keep dropping fat until im about 225-230 and my arms will look better in proportion to my upper body.

Look at my pic in comparison to magoo.  I am only an inch taller than him but if you look at the pics my arms are much longer than his.  Longer limbs are more difficult to train since work = force x distance....and a guy with arms 4-5 inches longer has to move the weight much further in presses and pulls, this makes parabolic exercises like curls harder too.  Leverage concepts...if the lever is longer the weight at the end of the lever means more force required at the fulcrum or pivot point to counteract the weight.  I've recently started to ignore the magazine, forum, etc cut and dried workout formats and start keeping track of what I do in the gym and see what works for me and the way I lift.  I'm finding out that I get better gains from less reps and heavier weights, even on legs...and the mirror is truth.  I've made measurable gains in the last 8 weeks just from making minor dietary changes and changing rest between sets.

All joking and flaming aside, it cannot be denied that I am making progress.  After all this is Getbig, not staybig, or mouthbig, although they seem to go hand in hand here.

Is there still a $500 bet?  I'm willing do put some money up that the individual (whomever that is in the picture you not you) doesn't weigh 265. I will put up the money for this bet.

Maybe not a good idea to make bets here on getbig, but Paypal is safe and I don't think he weighs 265.  I'm not knocking the guy, I just want to make a quick $500 and will put up the money right now if he wants.

the bet is on.  The wegman's supermarket in irondequoit has a big scale with the gigantic readout dial in the health department.  Will this suffice or do you want the standard medical scale?

I don't really care just video of yourself maybe showing the tatoo or something, then show the scale at zero, then stand on it and video.   How are we going to do this?  Both of us put money into a paypal account?  I'll do so now if your ready and able to go to the scale and do this today.

I don't know how this would be done, but something needs to be done to make sure he's not putting a watermelon on the scale at his feet while the camera is zoomed into the scale-reading.

Someone else has to be taping.  Zoom out then zoom in on the number on the scale.

Just for the record the guy in that photo does not weigh 265 pounds.  That is not possible.

you gotta make sure its accurate first as well bring a 25lb weight or something and weigh that first and then hop on

Good point, make sure the scale is calibrated properly.

We all know kegdrainer is lying.  I'm just curious to see the lengths he'll go to to try to cheat.

In reality.  If you really want to prove you weigh what you say it should be easy.  Just as easy however to fool someone.  Good point.

I think part of the bet is that he also has to take measurements, on film, of his chest, arms, waist, etc.  That will give extra surety that he's not cheating about his weight.

Note that I said you "ALSO" have "to take measurements", "also" being the operative word here.

If on the scale you come up at 265, yet you have 21" upper thighs and 17" arms and a 42" chest, we'll know for a FACT that you cheated on the scale.

Funny how the guy who brings up the subject of dicks is calling someone else a "fag".  If that isn't the definition of irony, I don't know what is. :-*

Now, get to weighing yourself, string bean.  Xfactor is about to become richer by $500.
