Hitting the gym today I'm amazed almost every time I go.
How much of a pansy do you have to be to slam every barbell, drop every bench, and clank every plate together whenever you move something just so everyone at BALLY'S pays attention to you.
Even better was the "intensity" this same 350lb fatass wannabe powerlifter put forth during his single rep of 375lbs on the bench press. His spotter basically lifted it for him and dropped it while the "big man" bounced it once off his chest and needed help to re-rack. Of course that didn't stop him from making sure to drop it on the pegs as hard as he could so every one could see how fat, er.. strong he was.
Adding to all of this there must be an epidemic of ILS hitting central Maryland as even the guy squatting with 135 is apparently too swole to walk like anything other than an ape. I'd also like to point out that in almost a year of being a member of this gym I have yet to see someone besides myself go any deeper than quarter reps on the leg press.. fucking pathetic.
