this guy is right. He has been training for such a long time with hardcore dieting and training.

I use max OT training and that forces your muscles to grow. Your muscles need a reason to grow and you have to overload them.
Jeff Willet and Skip La Cour are awesome.

They supposedly have good testing, but I have no way to know for sure-no one does.

Marion Jones had a steriod that was unknown to the testing process and she passed-so anything is possible.

My understanding was that the Olympics have very hard to beat testing-but I have no idea how good it is, just hearsay, third party info.
