still doing fatloss training doing sets of legs before sets of upper body . i look bigger and alot more veiny when i havent lost so much water, its so hot, and the water is shooting out of me.

id look about 10 percent bigger 20 percent better if i had all my fluids in me

plus i over endulged yesterday and lost a slight bit of conditioning

anyways thought id post pics since i seem to be the only one backing up my TALK around here :)

now there is still around 60-80 percent of disbelievers

i think it shows a superiority scale that is in place here at get big , many are inferior by there own CHOICES

im not torturing myself with some high protien low carb diet

i think there is a reason why i havent totally nailed my conditioning , because othertimes simply were not my time to excell in this life

this is the time, the path is much clearer after sifting through failures of the past and picking up what i have learned

man i could help thousands of people so much in life with nutrition and ways to live life.  but the way the global conscious is at this point many deserve to burn in hell. burning in my personal hell is what i do seeking the truth to help all of you, although it makes sense for me to be like this, i do not wish to take away too much from this life because having 'things' in this life is almost TOO EASY, its almost like a 'trick' or bait to have 'too much' and the gods of nibiru are waiting to see if your genetics are sh1tty enough as an 'under'stander to just take take take away from this life and not be an 'over'stander and endure the suffering and TIME it takes to REALLY know the truth and give more in this life than you take. As an overstander you know it is much more RIGHT to stick to loving values than live off of simple pleasures. i dont want to fail my gods on nibiru, even though i have no proof they exist or where , i do know that they bless those who want to exist for the benefit of the WHOLE ORGANISM.

since the 50's bodybuilders have been following the same general outline when it comes to nutrition- 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and either carbs of fats for a fuel source and keeping calories slightly lower than maintenance to lose weight, slightly higher to gain.

you are not going to accomplish anything with this whole asscention diet bullshit. you will not discover anything new and exciting. you will not make a nutritional breakthru that will revolutionise the way we eat.

you think your the first person to try something new? no, your not simpleton.

the reason the same type of diet had been used for decades and has not changed is BECAUSE IT FUCKING WORKS.

you are not helping anyone, let alone yourself.
