How do you feel about the second amendment now, 240? Looks like Coach isn't the only one with blood on his hands.
I believe that LAW-ABIDING people should have guns. Felons should not. Dave jacobs was a felon, and had an illegal gun in the house. You could ban guns, but is seems Mr Jacobs wouldn't have listened.
He was dealing drug again and using. He was back to being jacked. The feds found a big pile of coke, weed, and gear there, along with the guns.
The girl was sleeping in a house full of coke, weed, and illegal guns.
It's a sad situation, but I don't know how innocent anyone was in this case. She knew what he was - a drug dealer who ratted on other drug dealers. She knew he had death threats. She knew he as a violent man, and knew that he had tlaked about suicide before. She knew the score, and stayed, despite the pleas of many friends.
Guns aren't to blame here. If he was intent on killing her, a hammer or knife or dumbbell could have been a murder weapon just as easily. Problem here was the angry criminal, not the gun.
