so just to clarify.....you hired paco to be your personal trainer for an upcoming competition?

Or did you hire him just so you can improve alot in the offseason?

I hired him for next year competition. Sounds ridiculous right?
But we reach a quite reasonable conclusion that the natural bber should gain lean mass to earn those rock hard juicers muscle on the day of the show. So, he trys to gain(OK this time getting back. cus i used to 105kg and very strong..) lean muscle mass of me gradualy. And it takes longer time than quick gaining mass with fat. So, it takes whole year. But, no need to sacrifice my mass when i diet down.

So, if you don't mind revealing some secrets, would you answer a few questions please:
1. What suggestions-training and diet wise has Paco given you that you think are helping you to improve?
2. Is he going to work with you on getting shredded for a show or is he just helping you to get bigger? I always like to see if a true Natural can continue to improve, especially when they've been training as long as you have.

Nothing secret. Actualy he proposed what i was thinking before i met him.
1. We(Paco and I) hope so. It means Paco is checking me everyday and 7 mandatory pose once in a week. If it is working, keep on. If not, he change.Thats why i trust him.

2.Preparing for show. It means getting lean mass and getting  good condition right before the show. Simple.
Since I am a natural BBer, I cant do drastical change like juicers(Get huge mass with fat then lose fat drasticaly and conserve mass with the power of juice).

So how many sets per bodypart are you doing? For 3 hour workouts? Sounds like a lot for a natural. Do you do over 20 sets for major groups like chest and back. High reps or heavy weights? How much protein? Any supplements? Creatine or test boosters?

Everytime i talk to him, i dont feel myself talking to a human.
Well deserved to be my teacher. I need my meditation teacher also super natural monster. not human. ;D

When i saw him changing in locker room. My eye has popped out. Not only size, but also veins are all over his body after showering!

Ok.... An example.
Day 1 Delts-calves
Side rais 10reps,front 10reps,press 10 reps, rear delt 10reps X2(Superset of all of these exercise with same dumbell)

Back press  4X6-8

Dumbell press 4X10

Rear dumbell rais 4X12

Rear dumbell rais with bench 4X12

Machine side rais 4X12-15

Side rais 10reps,front 10reps,press 10 reps,rear delt 10reps X2

Standing calf rais 4X10

Seating calf rais 4 X20

Machine Crunch 4X25

Leg rais 4X25

Ab machine 4X20

Abs should be everyday(5days). Since I have weak delts, i train 3 days a week. But different routine. All of these sets are failure sets.
Leg routine is most terrible. People worry about me when i train my legs. Paco is contented at my intensity of training.
And 20 mins of cardio everyday.
