ummmmm okay there is so many things wrong with this post where do i begin ?
flax seed is over 50% ala, which is omega 3 fatty acid. it does not have to be converted into omega 3, it already is mostly omega 3. the richest natural source, in fact. yes, DUH, its high in polyunsaturates....all omega 3 and 6 are polyunsaturates.
high doses of flax seed give ANTI immflamatory responses. not immflamatory.
fish oil is omega 3 as well its dha epa...which ala can be converted into if need be.
any other guru's out there have somethign to say ?
remember those poly 6's you have to straight up workout them off or they will add on pounds and inflamation
here is the break down from bb.com
o3 poly 6 mono o9
Flax 58 14 19
Olive -- 8 75
as u can see flax owns on o3's
but olive owns on o9's wich is mono
candid has a very valid argument
but IMO the only thing that will put on fat is the polys' 6's
candid will you experiment a mega dose of flax while i do the monos
how bout strength testing for reps like in the 20 rep range and see if you get better
so far my dumbell row single arm is better aswell as my incline pushups
for one set(first set) with one arm and I can do 40 reps with the 60 pound dumbell one arm row
my incline pushups with feet elevated on stairs for one set full extension some rest and pause but still holding pushup position is 40 reps
