it lacks the oleic acid   not sure of the spelling but do the research, you can vastly improve your circulation and reverse diabetes with it, it is what essential makes olive oil a master oil

more than likely you will quit doing the olive oil because you wont think you need it, but pay close attention, because energy will slowly plummet

there is more to the ultimate plan like becoming a vegetarian and show compassion and greatfulness at every meal and other things to include in the diet, but you are an extra virgin and going through changes but i dont want you going too fast into ascenscion seeing what i see
