Sorry to do this but can you summarize your diet in quantities of how many grams of carbs, protein, and fat you use to diet?
Sample Diet:
1.-10 eggwhites scrambled in non-fat cooking spray
1/2 cup oatmeal-(Splenda-no milk
water
2.-5 oz. chicken breast
1 lg. baked potato (butter spray)
1-2 cups green beans
water
3.-1 can tuna (packed in water)
lg. salad (2 tbsps. olive oil/vinegar
4.Same as Meal # 2,but no baked potato
I also train early in the AM so pre and post workout I have whey shakes
Pre-1 scoop whey in water
Post-2 scoops whey in water
Most times I eat a potato or take dextrose with the post-workout.
At times I eat more carbs,at other times I eat less.............depends on how I`m looking Carb cycling,and drink water,coffeee,and Crystal-Lite throughout the day.
If I get super hungry,it`s a few rice cakes with natty PB and sugar-free jelly or air-popped popcorn with butter spray.
30-45 minutes cardio iimediately after training,train moderate to heavy using Giant-Sets,Tri-Sets,Super-Seys,drop-sets,etc. with very little rest between sets and no rest between exercises.
