I agree with you, but Flex would never have won the O in 1993, not even if he was in his Arnold condition. Flex was not meant nor built to be Mr. O. Mr. O was about Freaky muscle, not about the best flowing,  or as Mike Matarazzo put it, "Flex looked like he was hand-painted by god". I soon realize, that yeah, I thought and that Flex should have won, but he didn't meet the judging criteria.
