do you pay him by the hour?

that would explain the long training sessions
No I paid whole year. 1000$

He trains sometime with me(about 2 times a week) and watching out what i am doing everyday and makess diet menu and scales my weight once a week.

you don't know what you are doing or what you are talking about.

that's the best advice I can give you

quit hanging on to what you think is right because it's NOT

you are way off in everything i've read from what you can do with steriodsss, to what other people do, to three hour training sessions, to your muscle gains

get off the board. quit look for approval from stranger

get to work

and go through the process

youve been eating clean in all the pics youve posted. what have you learned? youve learned that that is the look you attain when eating 'clean' wich is consistently the same, so therefore you must make a change, you may fail or you may come out different, or you may come out better ...
I am still eating super clean. No cheating day until he says "do it."
Just I eat triple than before.

Honestly, there's not a whole lot of difference between those 3 pictures, except the hair and skin color

Is this a few months out of your show?

You get me wrong. I dont need any approval here.
Many gym mates(competitors) is giving me some approval of my gains and i am already satified.
Just i want to share my experience with my Getbig friends adn having fun. Thats it.

good gains kyomu.
Looking big there.

Dramatic natural changes in 2weeks are usually
due to a diet change.

But this is interesting.

Training hard  and having 18 inch arms, train harder
blowing up to 19.5 usually takes
1year or more.

3hours/day, how many training sessions? 2? 3?

Or one long 3hour workout??

Any cardio time, warm up, stretching, cooldown,  included in those 3hours?

No change in your supp intake? Creatine?

Or just increased calorie intake?

Thanx. Just it is very interesting experience for me and want to shre with everybody here. I am doing totaly opposite to what i was believing.

My training session is one long 3 hours without stretch or anything. OK,my 20mins cardio is included.

Supp intake is BCAA and Glutamine and Dextrose. He says still I dont take creatine.

He thinks that he dont fix anything if its working right now.

It's OK Kyomu, you have a good attitude and are a good fan of the sport

Not everyone has the  guts to go up on stage in a thong parading in front of men!

I believed the overtraining so much. But Paco says that it doesnt exist and just you are always sub-alimented.

Almost 3 hours workout everyday with super high intensity with tons of clean foods lead... this gain in only two weeks(without gears).

Discuss.

lookin good man, and yes u r bigger, but imo since u doubled ur food intake ur only carbed up and holding a bit more water

Yes. Exactly.
About carbs, we have to maintain what i used to take before his instruction.
But Protein intake is about triple.
Still hold bit more water, but Paco says i dont have to worry about it since i train very hard and long.
