OK.

1st 3scoop of whey and 75g oats

2nd 350gchicken 50g rice

3rd 350g tuna 50g rice

4th 10 egg whites with1 yolk 50g rice

5th Tuna 350g 300g baked potato

6th Chicken 400g salad

7th 3 scoop of protein(casein)

this is quite the beginner diet, a TYPICAL diet of a fat person trying to lose weight they think 'low fat'. and how many fat people do you see getting ripped off of a low fat diet?

ZERO

unless you are paco on da jizzoose

because steroids provide the cholesterol wich is a steroid and vice versa, so therefore they dont need fat in there diet because they inject the oil=fat=hormone=cholesterol=lipid=steroid

I've said it before a few hundred times, and here I'll say it again.
Training MUST change to ADAPT. In order to grow, we have to adapt. Muscle growth at it's simplest explanation is part of the "fight or flight" response we have. If we do not ADAPT (the weight we lift is too heavy) to the stimulus given to the muscle, we could possibly die- at least in our primitive days that is what our bodies think could possibly happen. The body doesn't know if we are in a Planet Muscle gym lifting on the bench press, or stuck under a rock trying to lift ourselves to freedom. When you ADAPT, you GROW.

The reason why HIT works after volume training? Because you're doing a different routine (less sets especially) that the body is not accustomed to. You're are working the muscle harder, in less time. With more intensity. On the flip side of the coin, when you return to higher volume because you have ADAPTED to a lower volume/higher intensity training scheme, your body must now ADAPT to that stimulus.

The only reason why Kyomu is growing now, is because his training with Paco is much different than what he has been doing in the past. Once his body gets used to it in a couple of training sessions (this is where peoples theories differ), he'll be back to thinking "my body doesn't respond to high volume training anymore. The program might not be so magical after all."
So then where does he go from there?

Haha. Paco and I are not stupid. We know that also.

i agree its set up for fat storeage ; but as far as muscle growth goes the diets is wonderful

well , growth on the beginner or average level. fats change the whole game and add a shitload more potential because the fats is your hormones=naturalsteroids=cholesterol they are all equal in function.

its still a very good diet for building muscle regardless of natural or not...

alot of guyss are ignorant about lipids and their role in the body though

ftas do influence the buildup of testosterone igf and gh... BUT... those hormones are actually inferior to insulin when it comes to growth properties.

i think best diet is a blend of fats and carbs spaced between protein/fat protein/carb meals..that way you can make your body synthesize testosterone at certain meals then capitilize off insulin at other meals.

your insulin is HIGH ALL THE TIME
I have ab defenition. Just my abs are weak point. Thats why you cant see it very well. Next pic i will show it.

What you say is very basic theory. If you insist your olive oil theory, just show your body growing.
I still dont see your body growing. Please post a new pic of yours if it is effective.

So if the two of you are not stupid (which is YOUR wording, not mine), answer my question....

...where do you go from here- the high volume training? What are you going to do next?

it may build but he wont get ripped or leaner his body will hold fat, because fats fire up the metabolism.....

your body has carbs, fats, protiens

kyomus body is  horribly low in fat intake hes robbing him self of his natural steroid production

thus his physique will suffer because of it

he needs to atleast cycle some fats in there. but hes not getting shit, he must realize there are many blacks who barely train but eat high fat who retain rippedness and size because they eat junk ass food loaded with fats

It all depends. During we see good change,we dont touch anything.
If I get fat, he suggests one thing.  If I stay same size and same fa6t level,he suggests another.

Look like you give a lot of importance to rippedness.
My fat level is totaly controled and Paco says that my body fat level is ideal to increase muscle mass. I shouldnt be leaner or fatter.
But your theory is not wrong. He knows that too.

Kyomu, don't you think you peaked a long time ago? IMO it doesn't really matter what you do at this point - you're not going to grow much if at all.
