Looking good though mate  :) but do agree with TLC with to much sun exposure - though phones can chuck out some weird looking pics - im brown from sunbedding but in certain lights using phone to take pics i look white  ;D.. you have good looks and should promote yourself toward the fitness model arena - you could be the next Mike O'hernia :)

and i agree with will also in that you have a good build. keep putting on quality muscle slowly and build a great physique. leave the size game to other guys like me with my shitty structure and genetics, cause its really all i have. i cant look good at 220. i dont have the frame for it. i need to hold plenty of muscle to look good else i look stringy. your very lucky in this regard.

Thanks for the feedback, guys (io, Tito, willgrant, no one); it's really motivational.  8) I'll do what you guys say, WillGrant and no one, and start hitting my abs with some resistance. About five weeks ago, I started hitting calves hard as hell five days a week. They were like my abs: nonexistent. They're already starting to come in nicely. Hopefully my abs will follow suit. And yeah, haha, I'm in the 115-degree Arizona heat for a few weeks, so hopefully I eventually brown out some.

We have the same problem man.

My abs looked blurry and flat even when lowwwwwwww bf...i was wondering wtf. ???

Until i started training them religiously, almost every day. heavy days with weights and lighter days with high reps..alternating these days.

I have seen dramatic changes but I still need a lot of work to thicken them up.

The "squats and deads" fairytale doesnt work...either you have them genetically thick or you dont..in the 2nd case, like us, we need to work them.
