Hey Kyomu ... I had the pleasure to be trained for a while by an IFBB Pro namely Ron Love....During that time I learned more about training nutrition and drugs than in the past 10 yearscombined....I cherrish that expirience and still keep in touch with Ron.

I'm sure you ahave the same thing with Paco...If you are kind, share more pictures like this one and what you are learning from Paco.

Despite the retards posting on Getbig, there are tons of people here that would value that kind of info..

Quite boring for you guys....
Today he was eating 300g of chicken and around 300g of potato and few beggies.
For him, that is very small amount. And he was very very tired. And even he couldnt concentrate on our conversation very well.
