the people with generally the worst focus on diet.

training is more important than diet.

I dont care how teh food works or how my body uses it. I would rather want to know how to train properly and look like i train.

goudy speaks the truth. i laugh at people who go on and on about diet. just make sure you eat enough (caloric surplus...+500 calories/day is a good guideline with sufficient protein).

and eating enough food should be simple for most people.

weight gain shake (convenience)
3 bananas
2 lucozade
big big sandwich
some chicken breast
2 packets parma violets
2 packets of crisps
bar chocolate
some coke.
