i believe him, he's not monstrously huge and a lot of black guys get that cut naturally, he's a pretty strong guy too.

Yes, not to insult the guy, hes a hard worker as we have seen from his videos he uploaded......great physique, but i have a hard time believing he is natural but who knows.

I take your point but naturals don't usually keep that level of muscularity at such a low bodyfat. I would be very surprised if he was 100% natural.

go down to any big city black neighborhood and you'll see a lot of black dudes in their 20's totally natural who look like meso, it's genetics, he's a very hard trainer who's figured out what works for his body.

I know some people here who also have outstanding genetics. I have a cousin who looks like a real gym rat, but nevers trains at all and lives on beer.

Either way Meso is cool, looks great and I guess it's a compliment to him anyway
