havent benched since i last tried... i did try 405.... but i got stuck just on lock out so the huy touched my bar.. so i dont count that as a rep... been pluggin it away at the dumbells..i'll get it soon...
i think 200 are ok.. but not as spectacular or out of the reach of gym lifters other than pros...
eddie robinson was sayin snot was hangin rom his nose when he did the 200lbs...

i am not small... my arms are 18 and 3/4...how can i be small withbetween 5-8% bodyfat with those size arms
... on a 190lb frame... how is that small.. the pics below better show my size.. or lack of.... im not a iffb pro or a guy that juices..
im just a regular lifter... and by those standards.... if 18+ inch arms at such low bodyfat is small.. then im glad to be small.. please post ur pics and show me what size you have that i can have something to aspire to Wink

orry man forgot to answer bout the quats...
i have strong legs but initially i never trained them at all.. i just used to train upper body...

i have squatted 405 for reps.. but that was until i learned REAL squats neends to go ASS to ANKLES..a whoooole different ball game all together...
now im back down to 315 for 10... but ass too the grass.... which has really blown my quads up..

He might be on drugs but I wouldn't be surprised if he was really natural. this can be achieved naturally with discipline, smart training, diet of course and enough time. i don't get the automatic hatin' just because he's lean and in shape.

This is me a few years back, no steroids , and not in contest shape at 5'9 185. Not saying it's great, but it shows someone who was working out since age 13 at the age of 34.

You look at the level that I would consider the limit for a natural with good genetics/work ethic, not sure about the Jerry Springer hairdo though...!

Hey..this was early 90's. At least I still have the same hairline today at 45.

Had you played with steroids at all previous to this? Lifetime natural? Or since?
