He's pretty good....

His delts never get the recognition they deserve.... Up there with the best of all time i feel.

Most pleasing physique upon top pros, most balanced as well and the best conditioning also. It should be him against Wolf, but Muscletech will probably hand Jay his third Sandow.

Well, Jay ain't exactly a giant either and he's got two Sandows already. Franco didn't reach the clouds either.

Think hes talking about weight.

Jay is 5'9 and about 270ish

Dex is like 5'6 220ish

Don't let Jay's height fool you, the guy has so much beef on him it is crazy...

I know Jay packs much more muscle mass than Dexter but nowadays his physique is just out of control as far as symmetry, waistline and conditioning goes. Three things Dexter has. The competition today being of a lower caliber than, say, 10 years ago when you had guys like Levrone, Flex, Ray, Cormier, Ronnie of course, etc...I think Dex is above most of the competition right now, except Wolf and maybe the grapefruit addict.

a lot of the top pros get it from Europe ... either they get it or have a middle man ... a lot of good quality stuff can be found their with dirt cheap price tag ... the some get it prescribed ... but  cant get trenbolone or masteroan prescribed ...

he doesn't have the back or the legs to stand with jay. sure his waist is smaller, but so is everything else, you cant wont because of one thing alone. and his calves are terrible, jay has some of the best calves up there, Dex just cant hang with jay, victor has a much better shot at the title then dexter does because he looks the same every year claiming to be 10 lbs heavier every year. its jays Olympia and if you think other wise your living in a fantasy world, even IF he comes in bad again, it will go to him, thats how its been and thats how it will go.
