its not always so simple.. that can be alot water, alot of glycogen...

 and also, you can lose alot of msucle while dieting...   especially if you did indeed diet on your whole "calories in vs. calories out; it doesnt matter what you eat only the calorie content of that food" "principles"...

One can not discredit TA's size in this pic.


Now that I am no longer competing I don't really feel the need to be cut.  Cut is for competition and little guys trying to use the optical illusion effect to appear big.  Too bad you can be shirtless in restaurants, airports etc.  I'm sure in those pics TA got a lot of "That's a bid dude" comments.  To each his own though.

do you like eating that much or do you really think it's better to look fat big in clothes than look lean and halfway decent?
