If not knowing the girls true age, one could easily mistake a 15-year old for an 18-20-year old in this day and age of young women dressing and evolving more maturely.

Age of consent laws differ around the world (until recently they differed greatly from US state to state), so it is understandable that not every would call this paedophilia, but ever should be able to see it as a case of sexual harassment. The photographer used his position of authority and control over her career to get sex. That is sexual harassment.

Not sticking up for him at all but #1 have you seen the 15 year olds in those beach cities? #2 she knew he was older (considering his FIANCE set them up) so let's take a bit of responsibility for our actions and #3 there must be some parent influence (or maybe not so much influence) for a 15 year old to dress up in horse riding attire and then NOT go horse back riding, but telling the folks she is and then going on a date/dates with him.

I still think the parents need to be a bit more responsible when they allow their kid to be photographed even if by a "professional photographer"...check out the Body Glove photo shoot he did...those girls are really young so this does not surprise me at all.

it is now. but not too long ago, 13 was legal for girls in some states (but the aoc for boys were always higher)

Oh i didn't say he was a sick pedophile or anything like that, just that it doesn't seem right for a 15 yr old girl to be sleepingg with such an older guy. I'm pretty sure any 15 yr ols girls parents wouldnt think this to be in her best interests. He isn't a pedophile, he's some one who doesn't have enough control over his sexual desire to think about the girl's best interests, since she obviously doesn;t know what is best for her. He should spend some time in jail definitely. Her parents are to fault for this as well, but that doesn;t make him any less guilty.
