My house financially, as far as "cannot be replaced"...nothing really I can think of? I am not all that sentimental, more a pragmatist.

Depends on the time of day.  Right now, it's my coffee.

I was thinking our Dog...but I don't like to think of him as a possesion.  He's my bud.

Rottweilers have a bad rep but they are some of the most protective loyal dogs you can have. Great for watching over kids and the house. I had one when I was a kid but now I have a German Shepherd named Jack.

I laugh all the time because I truly believe if someone broke in the house....

& toss him some food & rub his belly...he would help you carry items out of the house.

Truly just loves people & loves attention.  It's like he's running for president or something

i'll probably get flak for saying this, but when i think about my house burning down, it is my magazine collection that i think would bother me the most.  that is second only to my dog that i found wild on a reservation.  (yeah, i was out there drinking)

I agree. For me it's my two Akitas.

He may be too good natured.

Yes that was at a show, but, he was just a spectator that day.

I've entered him in a total of 7 shows.  He has 2 wins so far...but he's too friendly if that makes sense.

Imagine showing a dog...he's in his stack waiting for the judge....judge walks up....& he starts wiggling in excitement because someone is giving him attention.  Let's just say it's embarrassing but he get's noted as being the biggest & friendliest Rottweiler most people have ever seen.  I've had judges comment to me that he's a perfect example of how Rottweilers are a good breed compared to the bad rap they've been potrayed.  He is a bog boy thats for sure.  When people see him act the way he does....they just want to pet him.  They can't believe how such a big dog (with a bad reputation) is the goofiest dog at the show.
Who knows....maybe in aother year he'll start settling down & just find everyone boring.
