I love eating fruit in the summer: apples, mangoes, pineapple, plums, apricots, watermelon, etc...
I keep it under control so it's no more than 3 pieces of fruit a day.
Is that too much calories? I don't eat ice cream or chocolate or any of that sweet stuff.
