Now that this thread has been moved,What do you think about Kool-aid as a post-workout drink? It seems to work well for the brothas. I'm thinkin about using some Kool-aid post workout and then downing some Popeye's chicken for my post-workout meal. Also would you recommend very berry Kool-aid or just regular grape Kool-aid? Originally Mo-Fr of this diet only consist of protein and fat... nearly no fiber I highly doubt this aspect of Di Pasquale's approach... your thoughts? try it out both ways, with and without veggies. im sure youll notice that you make considerabely better progress WITH vegetables in every meal. 6) what is the essentiell difference between Bodybuilding and Powerlifting in your eyes... is powerbuilding the optimal blend? good question. other than the obious, i am not so sure how to phrase it. there is a big difference in the psychology, even though the training is so similar. i consider powerlifters someone who is inwardly insecure. while a bodybuilder is someone who is outwardly insecure. powerbuilding is probably just a well rounded individual. 7) do you think a lagging bodypart can ever be brought up - isn't the body meant to grow in a uniform way? e.g. a dude only barbell curles his whole life - for 20 years consistently... will he be able to make his arms radically disproportionate to the rest of his body? not naturally, unless you trained it like a pussy and thats why its lagging. you can do it with drugs however. 8 ) what do you think about extreme stretching? i think it can help, but its not a miracle thing.
