Obama is now leading in 5 to 7 states that Bush won in 2004. Colorado, NC, Virginia, etc.

Bob Barr is a MAJOR factor in that. People on the politics board said he'd have zero impact, and they were very wrong. He's peeling 5 to 9 points away from mccain in most states.

What about the majority who are NOT lazy and have contributed to SS and Medicare their entire lives with the expectation that those benefits will be there for them when they reach retirement age? Are you "floating their boats" too?

He was not popular in the house, that's for sure. I remember some Rep. saying that he wouldn't piss on him even if Barr was on fire.*
