I've already peskered Magoo with pm's and wanted to do the same with Slaveboy, but had no luck sending him a pm...

...so you all shall suffer  ;D

1)
I've been doing 5x5 with constant weight on all exercises and it seems to be a little bit of overkill(Magoo warned me of that)... so I'll switch to 5x5 with gradual pyramiding up.

What buggers me is what effect will the decreased tonnage have?
Is total tonnage more important than peak weights in the last set for growth?

2)
Is the body strictly bound to grow in proportion or are there ways to focus on some parts to slightly blow them more up?

3)
3 or 4 times a week - what's better in your oppinion?

4)
Arms+shoulders are weak - chest/traps are proportionally too big.... though I hardly have trained them(camel-look).
Any recommendations regarding the exercises?

p.s.: I'm really new to this and I try to gather as much info as I can + I like the 5x5 approach....
basic and solid.
